Bahrain : Civil Service Bureau (CSB) said that the total number of temporary employees in ministries and government agencies under the Civil Service Law is 87 in a number of different government agencies.
The CSB said that the temporary employee’s contract renewal or shifting to permeant employment is referred to the government agency .
This comes in accordance with the justifications of job vacancies available in the organizational structure and financial approval according to CSB regulations.
The CSB stressed temporary employee’s rights are included in the provisions of Law 13 of 1975 regarding the pensions and retirement benefits organization for government employees and its amendments, with the issuance of Law No. 43 of 2018.
