Manama : The national entity, Export Bahrain, was awarded the Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa Award for Bahraini Women Advancement in the Small Enterprises – Private Sector category, during the inauguration ceremony of the Bahraini Women’s Monument “Impact” or “Athar”, for supporting the objectives of women advancement and empowerment.
Export Bahrain extends their most sincere gratitude and utmost respect to HRH Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women, for her outstanding role and contributions in raising the status of Bahraini women in all spheres of both private and public life, all of which have resulted in positioning women in high-growth fields of the future and defining the identity of Bahraini women in the region.
Minister of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of the SME Development Board, Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro thanked HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim on her continuous support and stated that The outcomes achieved by Export Bahrain demonstrate the great progress achieved in recent years and showcase how a team with strong female inclusion can further the Kingdom’s objectives for women’s advancement and empowerment.
“This award is a great honor for Export Bahrain, who exemplifies and promotes the cause of women’s empowerment,” Chief Executive Officer of Export Bahrain Safa Sharif Abdulkhaliq said.
