    Video: Fatima Al Mansoori reveals burnout prevention for frontline healthcare workers

    An initiative to support and sustain the health and wellbeing of frontline healthcare workers was launched.

    Yoga ambassador of Bahrain, Fatima Al-Mansoori revealed basic burnout prevention workout techniques for healthcare workers during the pandemic as they are facing vast challenges in their line of work.

    “The physical and emotional burdens and strain that they are facing in times of crisis should not be left unaddressed. The sustainable Humanitarian Development content is designed with practical tools to reduce stress and improve resilience and well-being, therefore, prevent burnout” emphasized Fatima Al Mansoori.

    This is the first time that yoga has been applied for COVID-19 workers to prevent stress burnout.
