Manama : Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, has extended deepest congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of HM the King and SCW President, on the 20th anniversary of the SCW.
The minister lauded the role played by the SCW in enhancing Bahraini women’s march and advancement at all levels, highlighting their effective contributions to all fields, under the comprehensive development march spearheaded by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, praising Bahrain’s women’s effective role in developing the national economy.
The Finance Minister also hailed the support of the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for Bahraini women, which contributed significantly to enhancing their advancement in all sectors, and increased their effective and constructive participation across all development sectors.
Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa expressed pride in the SCW’s achievements over the past 20 years, which enabled Bahraini women to move from the empowerment stage to advancement at all levels, out of the kingdom’s belief that women are essential elements in the national progress march, under HM the King’s leadership.
He added that the Ministry of Finance and National Economy attaches great importance to women’s advancement, through providing them with the opportunity to hold various posts and become leaders, being essential partners in the kingdom’s progress march.
