Gulf Aviation Academy (GAA), Bahrain-based high-quality aviation and logistics training institution, has recently partnered with YSS Aviation Academy, based at YDA Dalaman International Airport, Turkey which is operated by YDA in Turkey.
An agreement was signed by the two parties for the provision of AVSEC and Ground Training courses, starting March.
This partnership brings high quality training to the aviation industry in Turkey and Central Asia, additionally benefitting the Gulf region through the exchange of expertise.
Setting common goals and sharing best practices, the partnership entails student exchanges and offers on-the-job training, on-site, classroom and online training. Delivered by industry experts in a professional atmosphere, competencies are fostered, bringing students up to standard.
“Our partnership with YSS Academy to offer AVSEC and Ground Training falls in line with GAA’s central strategy to offer training courses to new territories and aviation security, expanding the reach of its endeavors, serving the region. We are honored to join our forces, capabilities and experiences for mutual benefit,” GAA CEO Captain Dhaffer Al Abbasi said.

Ayaz, Director General of Dalaman International Airport said.
“The academy’s future aspirations include the forming of a high-level regional AVSEC Management Seminar in Dalaman International Airport for airport security managers in May 2022 in YDA Dalaman International Airport.”
