Manama: Director-General of Traffic Brigadier Shaikh Abdulrahman Al Khalifa affirmed the continuation of round the clock traffic e-services, hailing the great response of citizens and residents to report traffic accidents via the eTraffic app.
The General Directorate of Traffic introduced one week ago a decision to assign mutually resolved minor accidents to insurance companies, meanwhile, the department would deal with not agreed upon accidents.
He said that the directorate continues to supervise insurance companies and follow up their operations for easy implementation of the decision to protect the rights of all parties. Shaikh Abdulrahman hailed the role of the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) of introducing the service of reporting accidents via e-channel.
