Gulf Arab leaders arrived in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday for a summit focused on ending a long-running dispute with Qatar.
Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani was met in the historic city of al-Ula by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain was the first to arrive at the Prince Abdul Majeed Bin Abdulaziz Domestic Airport in AlUla.
Sayyid Fahd Bin Mahmoud Al-Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers of the Sultanate of Oman, too arrived in AlUla.
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president of the United Arab Emirates, prime minister and ruler of Dubai also arrived in AlUla and was received by Crown Prince Muhammed Bin Salman.
Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and his accompanying delegation were welcomed at Prince Abdulmajeed Bin Abdulaziz Airport by Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman.
