Virtual Press conference conducted by the National Taskforce for Combating the COVID-19 was held on 6th May at 1:30 PM.
Dr. Waleed Al-Manea, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Eman Ahmed Al-Doseri, Assistant Undersecretary for Domestic & Foreign Trade, Lt. Col. Dr. Manaf Al Qahtani-Member of the National Taskforce for Combating Coronavirus (COVID-19), Dr. Jameela Al Salman-Consultant of Infectious and Internal Diseases at Salmaniya Medical Complex addressed the press and clarified all the doubts raised by the Media.
Asst. Undersecretary for Domestic and Foreign Trade HE Eman Al Doseri responded to Starvision News’s question “What are procedures taken to promote the internal and external trade at the moment?”
Al Doseri mentioned, “ based on the royal directives of His Majesty, stimulus packages are offered to maintain, reserve the economic achievements of the Kingdom of Bahrain and there are also a number of procedures to implement based on the current situations and based on existence time to time”.
Dr. Waleed Al-Manea, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, mentioned the Ministry of Health will launch a new service in collaboration with WhatsApp and Facebook through info global communication platform to enhancing community awareness among citizens and residents of the Kingdom in Arabic and English
The service is an interactive channel based on an instant automated response.
At the Crown Prince Centre for Training & Medical Research, more than 1500 doctors, nurses and medical assistants were trained for medical training and research including various intensive workshops and the largest guidance.
Efforts of National Taskforce in conducting these virtual interviews are admirable and applauded by the media and the public in the Kingdom.
