Bahrain : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Abdellatif Jamal Rashid on his election as Iraq’s new President.
HM the King expressed most sincere congratulations, wishing him every success to achieve the aspirations of the Iraqi people for more growth and prosperity.
HM praised deep historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Iraq, stressing the kingdom’s keenness on further bolstering them to achieve common interests. He wished the new Iraqi President abundant health and happiness and constant security and stability to Iraq and its people.
