Bahrain : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree 89/2021, amending Article (1) of Decree 50/2019 on re-structuring the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning.
According to the decree, Clause (C) of Paragraph (1) of (Third) of Article (1) of Decree 50/2019 on re-structuring the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning will be repealed.
The Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning shall implement the decree, which takes immediate effect, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
