Bahrain : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified and promulgated Law (11) of 2022 on endorsing the Statute of the Arab Federation of Nature Reserves, which has been approved by the Shura and Representatives Councils.
The law stipulates that the Kingdom of Bahrain does not consider itself bound by the provisions of paragraph 5 of Article (4) of the Statute of the Arab Federation of Nature Reserves.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law which takes effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
