Bahrain : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Sakhir Palace today Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK), Dr. Mohammed Yousef Al-Hashel who presented him with a commemorative gift marking the 40th anniversary of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
HM the King welcomed the CBK Governor, commending his efforts to boost economic and banking cooperation between the two countries. He also thanked him for the commemorative gift which documents the GCC achievements and commemorates the role of the founding leaders.
HM the King expressed appreciation of strong fraternal relations between Bahrain and Kuwait and growing cooperation between both countries at all levels.
