Bahrain : Hope Fund launched Hope Talents program to support the growth and transformational journey of high-achieving national talents.

Hope Talents aims to recognize high-calibre talents in Bahrain, create a community of support and networking, and identify suitable career placement opportunities by facilitating organizational growth by providing employers with vetted talents.

The first of its kind regional initiative encourages fresh graduates or working professionals to apply to the national database, where they will receive a unique opportunity for national and international placements, career growth and mobility, professional development through networking and workshops, and internship schemes.

“The launch of Hope Talents is the evolution of national efforts to attract and support young talents, who are the pillars of our nation. It is our privilege to implement the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to invest in skilled talents and encourage their progression as they contribute to the Kingdom’s growth and development, and to realize the vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to invest in the Kingdom’s human capital,” Youth and Sports Affairs Minister and Hope Fund Chairman Aymen bin Tawfeeq Almoayed

“Hope Talents is a unique initiative that is in line with the strategy of the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, that aims to focus on high-achieving national competencies in order to develop their talents and advance the youth sector in the Kingdom.”

Hope Talents’ General Manager Latifa Mohamed said that Bahrain has always been the talent hub of the region.

“With the launch of Hope Talents we are identifying, attracting and uniting our high-merit talents onto one database. We aim to serve national talents by creating a community of support and growth, in addition to providing suitable placement opportunities,” she said.

Hope Talents operates as a one-stop-shop for human capital needs and provides organizations in the Kingdom with flexible and tailored industry-leading sourcing, assessment and recruitment strategies. Hope Talents aims to match organizations with high-calibre and vetted candidates, who undergo an intense assessment process in order to be included in the national database.

A national internship scheme targeting fresh graduates with outstanding achievements and skills will be launched to further achieve the mission to raise the bar and bring forth a new generation of high achievers to organizations across the Kingdom.
