Bahrain : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received the outgoing ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, His Excellency Thanis Na Songkhla, at Riffa Palace, to mark the end of his tenure in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
His Royal Highness highlighted the steady growth of ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Thailand. In light of agreements between the two countries, His Royal Highness noted the importance of further developing mutually beneficial bilateral relations.
His Royal Highness commended the efforts of HE Thanis Na Songkhla to further Bahraini/Thai relations and wished the ambassador success in his future assignments.
For his part, HE Thanis Na Songkhla expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and expressed his appreciation for HRH’s commitment to strengthening relations between the two countries. HE Thanis Na Songkhla also affirmed his country’s desire to continue building and strengthening existing relations between the two Kingdoms.
