The Indian Community Relief Fund (ICRF), handed over a cheque to Mr. Ashish Kumar, Country Manager of Air India responsible for Bahrain, Jordan & Egypt, towards flight fare for individuals who couldn’t afford to purchase tickets to travel to India due to COVID-19 pandemic situation.
ICRF has so far supported over 45 individuals to travel back to their hometown through Vande Bharat Mission Flights and other Chartered Flights.
ICRF Chairman Aruldas Thomas expressed special thanks to the generous sponsors who contributed to this great cause.
ICRF is a non-government, non-profit organization established in 1999, working under the patronage of the Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain for the general welfare of the Indian workers in Bahrain at large.
