“We chose TALA in the end because it means ‘bright star’ which symbolizes the pursuit of something that is difficult or impossible to achieve,” ani John Harold R. Abarquez, dating Junior High School student ng SCC-C at Ground Support Equipment Lead ng rocketry team.

“The inspiration that keeps me going is my team. Every time we’re working on this research and seeing my team mates and mentors putting all their efforts and seeing their commitments is enough for me to keep going despite all the challenges we face,” ayon kay Joefer.

“It is in our deepest longing that this project will serve as catalyst and inspiration to our fellow Filipinos to pursue the field of rocket science. This project will also help in the advancement of space-related research in our country,” pagbibigay-diin ni Christian Lawrence C. Cantos, Avionics Lead and Rocketry team leader.
