Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Chief Executive Officer, National Committee Chairman for Combating Human Trafficking Jamal Abdulaziz Al Alawi met United Nations Office Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Chief of Human Trafficking and Migrants Smuggling Section (HTMSS) oIlias Chatzis.
The meeting discussed the Prospects of Promoting Bahrain’s Efforts in Combating Forced Labor and Labor Exploitation.
Al Alawi stressed the Kingdom’s commitment to promote partnerships, strategic collaborations preventing human trafficking, forced labour, and labour exploitation in particular.
He highlighted Bahrain’s significant role in sharing its expertise and the successful initiatives at the regional level.
