Lulu Hypermarket’s Dana Mall flagship store has expanded to serve up new shopping experience for Bahrain shoppers.
40% larger store has embraced many new food trends, emphasizing healthy eating, customer-friendly, well convenience shopping experience and maintaining the trademark of Lulu quality and price benefits.
“The Lulu journey in the Kingdom of Bahrain began at Dana Mall in 2007”.
Lulu Group International Director Mr. Juzer Rupawala, said: “As part of the economic promise of Lulu Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Yusuffali M.A., Lulu has transformed this first hypermarket into a place where customers can find variety, quality and a reflection of the latest retail trends.”
In this first phase of the expansion, fastidious shoppers can have the benefit of choosing their own grain and getting it milled into flour, which is a very new experience for the customers in the Kingdom.
Wide range foods, vegetables, fruit, fish and meat, organic grains, millet, spices all over the world, bakery, variety of culinary live stations, hot foods section, salad bars, soup, frozen foods, freshly prepared goodies are available under one roof.
To accommodate the influx of more shoppers, the hypermarket management has thoughtfully provided more checkout counters – there will be a total of 27 counters for customers’ convenience, which helped to maintain social distancing, and created fearless atmosphere for customers.
“We believe unrouteably this will help citizens and residents who are worried to go to multiple shops for their daily needs, where in Lulu all their needs will be fulfilled under one roof,” said Mr. Juzer Rupawala.
A spokesperson for the group said that the second phase will see a much larger department store on the second level.
