Abu Dhabi Retirement Pension & Benefits Fund and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority have established a new automated linking process that automatically submits a request for housing loan repayment exemption for low-income pensioners to the Housing Authority.
The system applies to retirees with a maximum pension of AED20,000. Using the new system, pensioners will not have to apply directly to the Housing Authority for a housing loan repayment exemption, as the Pensions Fund will automatically submit the application on their behalf.
The new system aims to support pensioners with low incomes who are registered with the Fund, and streamline government procedures involving different entities to provide the best customer service.
