Oman announces 1,404 new cases; crosses 100 fatalities mark

Oman has registered 5 deaths and 1,404 daily cases of coronavirus, highest daily cases, most of the new cases are from foreigners by 1,004 and the rest 400 from citizens, taking the total cases to 23,481.

The death toll reached 104 after reporting the new death.

Meanwhile, 924 new recoveries were announced, bringing the total to 8,454.

3,596 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours, across the sultanate.

The decrease in traffic accidents contributed to the availability of intensive care rooms for patients.
