    Coronavirus: Oman reports a slight increase of 778 new cases; crosses 14,000 cases

    Oman has reported a slight increase in daily cases of coronavirus, which is 778, increasing the total cases in the sultanate to 14,316.

    Most of the newly admitted cases are from foreigners, which is 513 and the rest 265 from citizens, according to the Ministry of Health.

    The death toll in the sultanate stands at 67, said health minister Dr. Ahmad al-Saidi.

    Currently, 58 patients are in intensive care, and a total of 226 are being treated in health care facilities.

    Meanwhile, a total of 3,451 people have recovered from the virus.
