Oman has reported a decrease of 866 in daily cases of coronavirus, taking the total cases in the sultanate to 16,882.
Most of the newly admitted cases are from foreigners, which is 547 and the rest 319 from citizens, according to the Ministry of Health.
The death toll in the sultanate stands at 75, as 3 deaths were reported today.
Currently, 75 patients are in intensive care, and a total of 290 are being treated in health care facilities.
Meanwhile, a total of 3,451 people have recovered from the virus, as no recoveries were reported in the past 2 days.
2,907 coronavirus tests were conducted in the sultanate in the past 24 hours.
