Oman has registered 7 death and 1,117 daily cases of coronavirus, taking the total cases to 21,071.

The death toll reached 96 after reporting the new death.

Meanwhile, 866 new recoveries were announced, bringing the total to 7,489.

3,502 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours, across the sultanate.

The decrease in traffic accidents contributed to the availability of intensive care rooms for patients.

The Duqum area will be closed from Saturday until July 3 due to the growing number of infections reported in the place.
