The Dubai Outlet Mall has been opened to the public after conducting a proper sterilisation and disinfection programme. The mall management assured the public that all safety and hygiene measures are in place as per the UAE government guidelines. The mall timings are from 12 pm to 9 pm.
The mall is executing various steps to combat the coronavirus (COVID-19) such as temperature check for all its customers and staff, 24-hour sanitisation of common areas, social distancing policies, signages for visitors, and asking staff to wear masks and gloves.
However, the mall has restricted the entry of elderly people above 60 and also for children between 3-12 years; visitors are allowed inside the mall for a maximum of three hours; elevators are to be used by people of determination maintaining social distancing of two metres. A separate isolation area has also been designated in case someone is detected to be sick.
